It is important to be careful when filling in passenger details during booking to avoid typographical and spelling errors. The standard procedure to change a reservation is to cancel the issued ticket and request a new one with the correct information.

On domestic routes, ferry companies can be more forgiving when it comes to misspellings and you're unlikely to encounter a problem during boarding. However, if you are traveling internationally or have purchased discounted tickets, you may not be allowed to board the ferry. Therefore, you must ensure that all passenger information is written exactly as it appears on the passenger's personal documents. In the event that a completely different name is filled in, we recommend that you contact us so we can verify what options are available.

Please also make sure you have provided the correct email address and phone number so that we can send you booking confirmation and contact you in case of last minute changes to your trip (for example due to bad weather, strikes, etc.) .)

As long as the vehicle type is correct and your trip is on a domestic route, chances are you won't have any problems during boarding.
