I really don't like seeing Aaron Rogers in his commercials. He is vaccinated again and has lied about not being vaccinated himself, and now he is openly against Biden. He is too political in interviews with him...today to represent any entity that is not an openly supporter of Trump. Yes, I have my auto insurance with State Farm...maybe I'll change companies.

Add to the application that the customer can enter the amount to pay

We need you to add to the app the option for the customer to enter the correct payment amount due when State Farm has the WRONG PAYMENT in the place where it shows what you pay per month because you are unable to make a payment for the month the amount is due. The amount due shown in the app is actually the wrong amount due, the app will delay paying your insurance because there is no way for the customer to enter the correct monthly payment, which you are required to pay! That's the only thing I don't like about my State Farm application, they've been doing this to me for the last 5 months and we've only been with them for 6 months, I keep calling State Farm and giving the bank card information over the phone so i can make our payment every month it has been a very bad experience and no peace of mind when you can't open the app and enter the correct amount to pay when every month for 5 months they have always had a higher amount due per month for our sure! Why should we pay a higher amount? I am preparing to remove this app if it is not fixed soon! Thanks for your time!

The Jules3117

Presentation of claims

Filing a claim on this app has been a terrible experience. I originally called and asked for an adjuster to come look at my car, the rude state farm rep refused to send an adjuster saying they don't have any adjusters, he patronized me like he was stupid. I fill everything out and take 15 photos of my car and the damage. It's been over a week and now they want me to download another app, take the same 15 photos again and send them under another app. I am not an adjuster, I am not paid to be an adjuster. I call the 800 number again, this time I have a much nicer representative who said he could see all my stuff and tells me that my photos and claim were sent to the "express team" and somehow, somewhere someone left Drop the ball and I'm very disappointed that State Farm wasn't the cheapest for my 2 car, renters and life insurance package, but it should be one of the best options in customer service. Turns out I pay extra to be my own insurance adjuster.

Really, State Farm?

Really, State Farm? The resale value of my vehicle will suffer because of you and your alleged practices in the industry. "We have a lot of unhappy customers because of this, but that's how it works." When I ask to escalate my call, "talking to a manager won't make a difference". Two of their own people said as they talked to them and tried to get a reasonable explanation. Bad customer service. STRIKE ONE! (And use the recorded conversation for training purposes.) My extended warranty will not cover future problems with parts due to your unwillingness to pay for OEM parts. Therefore, all my efforts to preserve the originality and value of my car have gone down the drain, even though it is your client's fault and not mine. Not to mention, I'd rather spend more time and money fixing a junk part like the bumper, hood, and headlights than using new parts. Poor return on investment. STRIKE TWO! You say that these parts, even if they are recycled, will have a 1-year warranty. Well, that's good news! But what if it stops working/works after two years? You do not cover the cost of repairing it. And guess what? Nor my extended warranty because it was so cheap to use a remanufactured part. HIT THREE! State Farm, you really know how NOT to win a lead for your portfolio. You say that I have to pay the difference in cost to have new parts on my vehicle. Good to go! YOU ARE OUT!
